No focus on the core problems instead they are addressing something that was already being adressed ( helicopter movement buff) was gonna help with the sraw situation and how they are nerfing it...

I would first start with drivers and then adjusting the ingame setting. My question to you though, is the sensivity sort of "jumping" as you could best describe? If that's the case maybe you have 2 sets of drivers conflicting with each other. And fighting for control.
