Re: Has it always been???
You can get kills with the tomahawk but it needs to be a direct hit. And yes it definitely causes TK's as well. If it hits the OSA boat for example that has multiple enemies in it, good chance one of those enemies is going to get TK(s)

Re: World of Tanks
Steel Beasts is another tank sim, one that has been adopted for armed forces training. Anyone played it? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steel_Beasts I've never played it, but have seen some in-game videos and from what I've read and what I can see, its the best tank simulator out there. SB Pro costs ...

Did she see one of your casting couch sessions? That might explain it.
I guess it could have been worse ?
In all seriousness I wish you both a speedy recover.

Just a heads up. This game went live. So any tanks you unlock/research wont be wiped like they were in beta.

Re: World of Tanks
You switch between first person view (scope when you are trying to accurately target weakspots on the tanks, etc) and 3rd person view when you are driving or have to focus more on driving than shooting. Its a pretty polished game for a beta, they have a live version in Russia that just broke the rec...

So, I was playing WoT the other day and a guy in the chat say's "Waffle bf1942?" So I was like "yea, DC. ea117?" Turns out it was Anal Kanal. Small world eh? Has anyone else from ea117 tried this game? I'm still having fun after about 6 months now, and it doesn't look like the be...

Re: I HATE PIXEL AIMING
I suggest, for Battle of the Bulge at least, to move the BM-21 spawn to that abandoned building west of the windmill flag. It would make the pixel aimer have walk a ways to get there, and the heli can counter the BM-21 without getting destroyed at their base. As it is now, if someone is pixel aiming...

Re: Limewire down
I'm the stodgy old newzbin or binsearch + newsleecher + giganews. Giganews was the best a few years back, but you paid a premium for that. Now astraweb is pretty much just as good for $11/month or $96/year (unlimited, 810 days retention, 99% completion, SSL) nzbs.org and nzb.su are 2 good free NZB ...

With how many views this video has, some of you have probably already seen it. I thought it was extremely impressive.

You get in? I searched your name but didn't find anyone I thought was you. I added Swanny to my buddy list but for some reason in his stats it says no battles. hmmSpecialist wrote:I just got my beta key. I'll try it out tonight.

Re: World of Tanks
I need a tutorial or something. I'm in the noob rooms and I'm still getting hammered. There's a lot of info on the forum. The first couple of tiers are a pain cuz you have to grind the XP and pretty much have a peashooter gun. You should use gold to either buy premium time, which gives you +50% XP ...

I would think that they either: A) See you at some point and extrapolate your position based on what they had seen. B) Get lucky and hit something thru the fog, then attempt to lead that. If you are way up and pretty sure it hadn't seen you, I would issue a PB screenshot to be taken. No fog or namet...

Re: wake unbalanced?
I like the idea of making the carrier a target. That would even things up a bit. Red planes should be allowed to camp planes taking off from the carrier. It has better defenses than the airfield with those phalanx and AA missiles. These are 2 maps that I think the carriers should be considered fair...

Re: What is, and is not, open season in uncap main
I was under the impression that you could even legally take out a plane repairing on the roof of the hanger (or in it) on El Al for example. ie; once a plane takes off for the first time after it spawns, it no longer is exempt from being attacked no matter where it goes.
