Was the server full? if thats the case, it probably was the fact that someone with reserved slot access joined, and it randomly picked you to be the person to be kicked. i have the same problem ping wise, and i asked spec if it was hosted somewhere else, he said no, its still hosted in dallas. I thought it odd because i get a difference of 30 in my ping on the CQ server.

Follow these directions,

Open orgin > right click BF3 > show game details > highlight over CQ release date > This will show the time it will be released for your local time.

Its no way near as bad as the m26 glitch was, but still a glitch none the less, and something to watch out for.
