If we only change flag value, It's easy.
How do we do?
For example:
Bulge Red has 3 flags → start reduce ticket on blue(red ticket reducing with 2 flags)
Cornered Blue has 3 flags → start reduce ticket on red(blue ticket reducing with 2 flags)
