Is it possible to make more than two teams and more than two CTF flags? Or would that require a new iteration of DC itself?

Weren't most recently-modded maps actually add-ons that are in *addition to* the pre-2015 maps? Like coastal didn't have a CTF until it was modded to, right? And same for Bang's move-the-spawn-points CTF Libcaen, Phillipines, etc?
