Won't spawn in game!?!? Please help!

Hey guys and gals,

I was playing yesterday and the game loaded up just fine, connected to the server, and then it just sat at the spawn screen. It let me select a spawn point, but I would just never spawn. Later on, after restarting the computer and getting back in the game, I spawned successfully, but after I died it wouldn't let me spawn again! Could this be a Punkbuster problem? Or maybe a TeamSpeak issue? Please help!

I had the same issue the other day. Then I got kicked for a PB communication problem. I came back in and it was fine. I thought it was happening again yesterday but it just hung up for a sec.

I run my AV SUPER tight and it was stepping on PB.

Just did that to me twice, when I went to leave the game, it said "kicked for losing packets"...

Having the same problem,got kicked 5 times today for losing key packets .Played yesterday with no problems.It said I needed to re-install PB ,but I think it's something else.

Got some kicks today aswell from PB , but Spec said that he had updated some server PB files, he said that he is working on the issue.

You don't need to re-install PB, the issue lies with the PB files that are on the server.

We are working on it and should have this issue fixed shortly.

just in case, i just uninstalled pb, reinstall, and updated it.... but in the add game section.... wht game do i choose?

well what exactly happens is, you highlight a spawn point but it isn't detected by the server. even though the point is chosen/highlighted, the text by the countdown timer say "spawn point not chosen" and you simply don't spawn... oh and, you can't switch teams when it happens either (I tried)

No problem. Dan and I are becoming interchangeable anyway and we did coordinate it, so thanks to one is a thanks to all. It was probably time anyway.
