He contacted me as well .I gave him my 3 cents.Possible ban,PB prob,or an issue on his side with firewall/av possibly.I also noticed others were having a similar issue ,100 percent for ex.I assured him spec was hot on the problem.

Roger that Alpha, i'm trying to help him trouble shoot his problem right now. He doesn't seem to be banned with us so we will see what the issue is.
