how to change language from russian bf3 version?

hello guys.my new pc-systen has arrived.is a 64-bit model with nvidia geforce 440 gt.after few attempts i was able to get a bf3 version.(i loaded it with "mediaget2" downloading-program.(no filesharing!)
my problem is actually the russian language in the whole menu-options.i dont know if it is able to play multiplayer!
