Thermal Paste

Long in the short, my brother in law brought me his XBOX 360 to see if I could fix. I think I can but I do jot have any thermal paste and I need to pull the heat sinks. Is all thermal paste the same or are there some I should avoid?

I've only ever used Arctic Silver.

like wise artic silver mx4 i think. and a wee tool to spread it real thin. heat the paste in a cupof hot water to make it easy to work with.spread on real thin nearly translucent etc etc.. to clean of old paste use isopropyl alcohol it works well
