Reboot your router when you get a chance

According to Cisco's research, which had to be published before the research was finished, at minimum the firmware of Linksys, MikroTik, Netgear and TP-Link modems are currently known to be vulnerable to having been already compromised by this attack.

Rebooting doesn't actually remove the infection, but because the FBI has seized control of DNS names used by the control mechanism of the malware, rebooting forces a new connection to be made which will now be directed to the FBI instead of to the actual malware controller.

And rebooting is easy enough; whether your router was infected or not, it will take less time to do it than it will to make the list of excuses of why you don't think you need to.
