Most of the pics in the vids are of Toledo Spain..from 1:26 to 1:48 is shot from south side of Maumee River.
When Yes wrote this song there was a fantastic underground for music here locally..and it continues to this day. Music is an art. When artists collaborate to create....fantastic things happen.

If you ever find yourself in Toledo Ohio go see: Toledo Zoo, Museum of Art, Mudhens baseball game..and I promise you get moneys worth x2.
