I have never seen a cheat file that I could load to use in the game but I have seen screen shots of guys with no fog, able to see all players and that's about all. Is there a cheat out there that makes a person much harder to kill? I have to wonder because I swear some guys take about 6 shots to kill in a tank. I also could not kill an F-14 the other night. I must have hit him 4 times with my stingers. He had something like 30 kills and 0 deaths.
Do the admins know when someone is cheating like that? Is it possible to prove it?

A smartly piloted/co-piloted F14 is a nightmare for the opponents defense.
On Wake, I will constantly fly the Tomcat as both Pilot and/or bombardier... so a bit of experience here..
It takes a minimum of two rockets to take down the Tomcat, sometimes three depending on where they impact the bird. The F14 repairs fairly easily and since the repair pad for it is at the spawn point for the 14, it give the pilot plenty of time to slow down on the carrier... all "he" has to do is remember which F14 (left or right) he is piloting lest the other spawn and kill him.
The biggest issue for the F14 is finding either a competent Pilot that knows to fly high and fast and couple "him" with a talented bombardier that knows when to drop the payload.
If you're a solo pilot in the 14, the options are a bit more limited as you cannot keep up your speed as you switch to the back seat to drop your load.
Best defense against the F14 is a good fighter pilot on red. It is absolutely IMPERATIVE that red maintains superiority over the airbase/psuedo main and have that fighter pilot do nothing but target that F14(s)..in a dog fight, the Mig easily out performs the F14, save for the tomcat being a bit faster and the F14's ability to fly low and extremely slow and brake very quickly causing an over shoot.
Sooo, basically your problem was either both F-14's were up and flying and repairing or... one was constantly repairing. Next time, try to communicate with your pilots on red to target only the 14 to ensure you can maintain air superiority.

I've only seen a few cheats out there, one is the no fog cheat and also the other one where the you can pick up the other people (opposite) team on your radar.
As far as the rest I have no idea and don't really care to look into it. The server's Punk Buster does a ok job of catching the small cheats going on, there are also ways for admins to get a players particular screen at any moment by getting a screen shot of the players screen. I am not going to mention other ways the server catches it's cheaters since we don't want to give away all of our secrets... just remember, if your caught cheating its a perm ban for you and any other key hashes that you play under.
