Taking a break but will show for Moon-night

Hey all,
I discovered recently that I don't actually have spinal-neck problems (good thing I had that surgery..) but actually have tendinosis in my arms and shoulders, which is a chronic tendon injury where the tendons get injured and re-injured from repetitive strain so they start to break down into scar tissue. This most likely started because of excessive DC playing (and working in a call center, and writing a book, so like 12+ hours on CPU a day.) Working on a farm only made stuff worse.
The good news is, tendon problems are more straightforward than spine problems, and I pretty much just need to stop re-injurying my tendons and build them up by doing actually muscle-y stuff as opposed to just clicking, mousing, and jerking. If you think you might be suffering from anything in arms/hands/neck/back from gaming, an excellent resource is https://esportshealthcare.com/common-vi ... -injuries/. It's a site run by a chiropractor that specializes in gaming injuries and he gives you all the info to treat yourself right on the site. I'm also starting to do some muscle-building weightlifting to build up the muscles that gaming to complement the ones that gaming overuses. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm psyched to get my body finally working again.
In the meantime, I'll be laying off DC almost entirely cold-turkey so my arms can heal. I will join up for moon night though...and maybe I'll log on every once in a while just to vote al nas and then log off again
