I verify actually seeing this happen several times. He also TK'd Lagwagon, who eventually TKd him back a few times. Gazala. About 4pm-ish EST.

Handled it. He was kicked a couple of days ago for the same reason. Ban is coming next time.

I was playing Forgotten Hope mod earlier and he was doing the same thing over there. Random shooting at everything regardless of the color, teamwounding and he was wasting vehicles.

Not sure if Yul Brynner has been banned yet, but last night he was playing disruptively. He TKed me on El Alamein with a Hind (I was in an Iraqi APC driving to north airfield) and he kept firing at me, I radioed "Negative!" about 4 times, and then he hit me with a rocket, killing me. Then he proceeded to say I "Shot at him" which isn't true. Other players also had problems with him (JagdTurkey I believe) last night.

He seemed to be "back on his game" today. I was the subject of one of his intentional TKs while on Basra's Edge, and if you check the chat logs around 7:00pm CST there were several others saying he was doing it to them, too. He carried a negative score for the majority of the maps I was there fore. Once Nightstalker joined us on Gazala, he left shortly thereafter.
