Starac 63 needs a ban - C4ing flag on Al Nas

Starac 63 repeatedly placing C4 on flag to prevent flag steals. In the sequence of the first screenshot, you can read that JagdTurkey is telling Starac's teammates to pick up Starac's C4. No one on red team helped or admonished Starac either. You immediately then see JagdTurkey get killed by C4 in that same sequence. There are tons of other postings from us telling him to stop. Not once did he bother listening.
