A player out of Germany, but not an IP address or key hash that has played here before under another name.

same thing today and times......Rat was his name but he could get into the walls at each flag......not sure if they are the same player.....switch teams tk then hide in walls......

It was indeed a player out of Germany again, although it was a different key, different IP address and even a different ISP. So can't say with certainty its the same person, except based on the behavior.
