and yes post up your ride....I traded a sick chevy engine I built for a 1977 280z. I laughed at the guy on the phone when he offered and he said I'll stop by to let you test drive it. I loved that car and learned a bunch about speed and handling as a result. I hope to own another someday because it was just that bad ass and fast as hell.

I have man-love for a number of the Z series Datsun/Nissans.

Tool ... I kid you not. I just stopped by a friends house the other day. I looked over and said "Is that a 280???" He laughed and said yup. Its the 2 seater version not the one with the fold down rear seat. Runs but does need a little love. Get your ass down here, bring the Jeep and I think he said 1700 and you can have it.

I would buy it as they are fun little cars but as with everything else. I dont have the $$$

what are the rails like under the doors???? All of them out here in the rust belt fold eventually due to rusting out.

If I did not have enough projects, and more room in the garage and some money to burn I would come down to see ya nighty......

I figure once my youngest gets out of the house then I'm gonna go find one, but not for a project to restore or fix up a ton....that's the kind of vehicle I would rather spend more on and get a clean one from out west. I wrench enough as it is.

and no small block......you have to drive that inline six to appreciate why not...it's a beast.

For FR vehicles i'd never run with a small or big block, it makes the car handle like a boat.
