BF4 brought me back

Post by SackOHammers »

Hey guys,

Been a couple years, I think. I swear I had a forum account. Not sure what happened so I spun up this new account.

Anyway, having a heck of a time playing BF4. I crash a lot. I die a lot. It's frustrating. My game is pretty laggy. Got a new monitor today. Believe it or not, it helped. More than I thought it would.
Decided it was time for a hardware refresh, so I ordered a bunch of crap and I'll build it out next week.
Oddjob encouraged me to post the specs on what I'm cooking up. A bit overkill on the motherboard choice. There are cheaper options. Don't really need two SSDs. And could easily get away with the EVO SSDs rather than the Pro. Would save money. 8 GB RAM would probably be plenty as well. This is kind of a "more money than sense" build.
