Mort was banned for intentionally team killing, and already attempted to appeal his ban. If he is interested in appealing his own ban again, he is welcome to post in the unban request forum. No, we will not be unbanning Mort's key hash based only on your request.

Note that its not advisable to send your actual CD key to anyone, even by private message. No one will ever need to have your actual CD key. For any unban requests use the BFHasher program mentioned in the unban instructions, to generate an MD5 hash of the actual key. The key hash value us what you can share & is what is saved in the actual ban list, not the original CD key.

Could Mali use the free version from Orion?

Good thought, but the free version is no longer offered on Origin. But I don't think Mali Mrav's issue is "I don't have a key to play with", because I've seen them in-game several times. I assumed the "I want to unban Mort's key" is so that someone else can play / having a second key available. Also not shown is that the PM I quoted actually contained two different CD keys, only one of which was Mort's / only one of which was banned.

but i now have my own computer and i want play here not on his computer
and there is no way to unban my serial?
