Yes, it's me kiddies! Thanks Trench for all the help! That dad-blasted email account still wouldn't let me register so I used my catch all account. 
D'oh... that was my fault. When disabling your old non-Overwatch account, I changed the email address (so it wouldn't conflict) and disabled the account at the same time. But I didn't go back and check it, and apparently it ignored my email address change because I was disabling the account.
You should be able to switch it now if you wanted to; User Control Panel, Profile, Account Settings.
