blue has to have more than just 1 flag to win the map, i have yet to see blue win bulge yet, because tickets go down so fast. i liked the map the way it was, it was a challenge for blue to try to keep oil depot to win the map. red still won quite a few times.

"Once the total value of captured control points is 100 or more, the opponents' tickets will start to fall."

AxisBase = 0 value points <--- Uncap base so it has no value points
AlliesBase= 20 value points
Cammobunker= 20 value points
city= 20 value points
Bridgebunker= 20 value points
Windmill= 20 value points

On every conquest map the control point flags must total 100 value points in the coding. At the start of Bulge, Axis main has a zero value , while Allied main is a control point with a 20 value. Now because of this setup they gave Axis the windmill flag at the start which is a 20 value.

AlliedBase 20 - Allies
Windmill 20 - Axis

This cancells out eachothers control point values which is why at the start of the map the tickets dont bleed untill one of the teams grabs another flag.

Now you said that blue had 2 flags and red I assume had the other 3 flags and tickets were barely coming off. Lets say that Allied had the Depot and the church, while Axis had the Windmill/Cammobunker/Bridge Bunker.

Allies Control Points

Depot = 20 value points
Church =20 value points
Total = 40 value points

Axis Control points

Windmill =20 value points
Bridge Bunker =20 value points
Cammo Bunker =20 value points
Total = 60 value points

Im gonna assume that there is a typo in there and meant to say tickets were barely coming off BLUE, as you can see with the value points it was a 60/40 ratio in favor of RED so BLUE would have been bleeding tickets slowly.

Blues main is very valuable and Red wants it, it has the chopper and all the armor. Now a few downfalls of being blue is Allied main requires infantry to protect it from loss which leaves less infantry getting flags, and also TOO MANY ppl standing around fighting for the next helo to spawn, I sometimes see up too 4 ppl jumping around at any given time to get the next helo spawn including you Lt.Dangle, thats more ppl NOT involved in getting flags. So its safe to say that at any given time there are up to 8-10 blue players not on the battlefield grabbing flags, now toss in some blue snipers and the number goes up. So with those kind of player ratios, RED does tend to dominate the flags and Blue has to work alot harder to maintain and capture flags.

hmm ok Dangle, i'll try it... Can you send me your tutorials like NFZ?
BTW, I am busy this month, so I don't know when I can start modding it.
In fact it usually takes me at least a whole day to make one modded map..(was 3 days on NFZ)
