ditto Stu's comment - I remember thinking to myself at the time (back when) that guys abusing the vote were going to ruin it for everyone - and yep - they ruined it... the idea is great, but it was option 3 for me...

which - is why we've put so much time and had/have so much feedback about the map lineup and trying to keep it a good rotation...

I remember the short period when it was enabled and was really annoyed by the constant voting requests. Been to a few servers with the feature on, voted yes most of the times, but can't recall once the voted map been run. A good rotation is the way to go.

Been thinking the same thing, maps getting stale. Would love to get RTR and Secret Weapons into the rotation. New toys and maps.
But for now, would like to get some feedback on maps ppl would like to see to figure out a new rotation.

I like the ideas for map rotation updates. On the map voting, fair enough, if that became a regular thing. Would it be easy enough to do when admins aren't on? Or pick the slowest day(s) and set that rule? Last admin out sets it until the next one comes in, for example?

Coincidentally (or not), option 3 seems to be the favored choice, and not because of the map votes, Nighty.

I too would like to see some RTR and SW maps....its been to long since I've played Cassino. That being said, I wouldn't mind Coastal Hammer or First Light or Basrah Nights CQ in the mix. As for the whole voting thing, since there is no taxation, why would anyone need representation.
