Error message after trying to reinstall PB

Can anyone figure out why I get this message after reinstalling PB? Figured with Win 10 install and trying to figure out the connection/boot problems I would follow the instructions from Windows. So, as usual I get booted for some kind of connection error. Before with Win 7 it would say MD5 error or PB error. Now with Win 10 its always a kick because of PB. So, I reinstalled PB per error message and now this is what I get. Never seen this before. Anybody got some clues/resolution?
