A friend of mine, tweak916, told me he's been banned after the fact due to some rounds we played several days ago. For reference:

We were whoring the vehicles as much as possible in both games, and people started accusing us of using hacks. We certainly were not trying to provoke anyone, and a few sarcastic comments aside, most of the mud flinging was directed as us. None of us hack though; in reality, there were three things working in our favor:
1. Proximity scan
2. Spamming Q to spot people
3. The 3-4 of us who were on there play together often and were using VOIP
It's really due to the above (#3 in particular) that we were able to rack up so many kills. Having friends on voice chat who can verbally call out enemy locations and help repair vehicles makes a world of difference, and I'm hoping some of you know where I'm coming from when I say that. EA 117 has been my favorite BF3 server for a while and it's a shame that one of the guys I play with most often has been banned. Is there any chance that the ban might be reconsidered?

Hi Zarno, As far as im aware, tweak has already made his ban appeal, and the banning admin has unbanned him.
