You were given a 3-day ban back in June 2015 due to intentional team killing. Just a couple days after that ban expired, you were again intentionally team killing and so the ban became permanent.

in June it prevented me to play and I was forced to take this action
a couple of days ago, I did not touch him, quietly playing for themselves and for some strange reason was permanent???

We are not saying that you were team killing just a couple days ago.

You were given a temporary ban for base camping two months ago in June. (I mistakenly said this original ban was for team killing; this temporary ban was for base camping.)

Right after this temporary ban expired, you were then reported to be team killing, which is something the logs show you being kicked for on several occasions.

So on June 20, a permanent ban was set for the latest instance of team killing.

Since then, you have circumvented the ban in order to play anyway. That is what happened again just a couple days ago. You were kicked off the server because you were circumventing the ban from June 20.

I did not intentionally circumvent the ban, I have changed the provider and I do not know how long I was banned, so sign up to the server
if I knew how long the ban I would not go to the server

Changing only your Internet provider or only your IP address does not circumvent the ban.

Your ban for intentional team killing is currently permanent, and does not expire. This is because you have done it repeatedly. Not only as confirmed by the multiple bans, but also the logs showing you being kicked multiple times for negative score while your teammates complain that you're killing them.

Why would your teammates want us to lift the ban if you are just going to kill them whenever an admin is not around?

I completely changed the provider and pi address
I was killing his comrades because they have provoked it
they also kill me when there was no admins
and I had to answer the same
I will continue to take screenshots to prove a provocation on the part of my team

I understand what you are saying. But there are not any "justified" team kills on EA117 server. If you are killing your teammates, the rules are going to apply to you just like the rules apply to them, regardless of whether you think you had a legitimate reason.

We'll lift the ban one more time, but understand this is the "end of the rope." If there is any further intentional team killing or disruptive play, the next ban will stay permanent.

The current ban has been removed, and you should be able to connect again. Hopefully we can all have fun out there, without it being at the expense of our own teammates were are also trying to play.

Can we please BAN Slavik again? He has renamed himself as Gj...not that that matters but today found him able to shoot and kill me and other players with 1 rpg shot several times in an area that he couldn't have seen me so quickly (Omaha Beach). Also with Defgun he turns shoots and its like a perfect aim. I'll try to get a ss.

ss of his 1 shot kill with Defgun. He gets in turns and shoots 1 shot. If this isn't good enough I'll try to ss another.

Thanks for reporting. I don't see enough proof to warrant a ban yet. The screenshot doesn't show anything out of ordinary. But we are watching for any suspicious behaviors of any players.

Sorry for delay, pizza arrived IRL...

I made it completely obvious I was taking screenshots of this player, but he didn't seem to care.

Here are screenshots from shadowing the glitcher (PB GUID was 1029cc07af):

Thanks Reyalp! BTW, no, it's the same guy. Every time he kills me he calls me n00bs))). Even with all three names. Plus his ping was the same.

Don't know how, but [ARMENIA]Slavik is still playing on the server! Thought he was banned? See attached of him C4ing on flag waiting for respawns.

The glitcher was playing from Canada, Slavik was from Russia, based on their IPs. So, different people, unless he used means to alter his IP. The keyhashes are different too. Your "proof" of Slavik hacking are circumstantial by the description, but we need more convincing ones to ban him.

The latest picture of Slavik C4ing spawn you posted appears to show him camping Red main (he's blue) in Al Nas CTF and that's allowed .

Well, I did notice he didn't keep texting "N00bs" as he normally does. So, whomever this player was with the same name but different location was still C4ing over enemy flag/spawn points while waiting for opposite team players to respawn. I thought that wasn't allowed? I know players have been told not to do that especially on Berlin CTF when players from opposite team were respawning. Thanks!

Yes, you were banned for repeatedly attacking the enemy main. The server logs confirm multiple players repeatedly warning you, not "the entire opposing team." It's a three day ban again, and should be clear by Thursday.

Same as was explained earlier with regard to your team killing, there is not any "justified reason" for attacking players or equipment that spawned in the main. If someone is doing it to you, report them. If it's unclear what the exceptions are, see the explanations in the rules. If you do it anyway, expect that it can result in you being kicked or banned.
