Drop a mortar holding E then while falling through the floor press E again to get out and then pull your para shoot really fast before you crash into the water. :D The problem is getting back out ha ha

He was actually originally included "Basrahs Edge" as an easter egg way back in "DC .4j" but then he was removed in the next patch but not from the DC mod files so he can be found in many custom maps. But yes I have used him several times.
