BF4 looks really cool, I don't own it yet, but what's with the the markers on the screen? It looks really annoying having 20 different indicators and markers moving around on the screen. Can you disable that? Like a Hardcore mode?

im not sure if i can disable the icons while in spectator mode...ya it is annoying having them scattered throughout the footage.....however, it did help me find where the battles were taking place, and trying to time, snagging footage.

@Tesla: Yeah in 'spectator mode' you see everyone, both teams. When someone is spotted in the new BF's a little triangle appears over their head (in TS we call them 'doritos'). In this case, everyone has one because everyone is spotted for the spectator. No way around it. Wish they integrated like a F12 key that cleared your screen of the HUD and all markers.

i had thought of that idea to...just wasnt sure if swanny or spec would want extra content on the main page.
but, if i did do it, i would do a mixture of the battlefield games that we all play, plus make a much shorter vid.

It might not be as hard as you think. I'm picturing 10 - 15 second bursts of intense action from Battlefield 4 scenarios, punctuated with 5 - 6 second cut scenes of players standing still on the DC server with the chat window furiously scrolling....

i found out how to turn off all HUD during spec mode......i wish i had of found it before gathering my latest vid footage lol.....but it makes a huge difference in the footage

It doesn't have to be our server you get footage of, just needs to be a server where they allow spectators. I find that people are playing BF4, just not in our server (they don't want to wait to get it started). If that turns you off I can understand. In that case just make a DC video, I'm sure the guys are asking for another one. But yeah, there are some who play Air Superiority often, that could be some cool footage, others like to play the new DLC, Naval Strike, etc. Do what you wish, just giving suggestions.

i have been gathering footage from another server, and it will have no icons or annoying stuff this time (makes a huge difference, i can tell you)
i must admit i would rather have gotten it from our community server...
