Hey everyone,

I've been digging around like crazy for more pictures of my car so i don't come in here like an empty handed jackass, and i came up with some.

Hold onto your knickers, jay 8-)

Before the pics though, some of the main upgrades i've made:

ACT XT clutch/flywheel
255/30ZR20 Toyo Proxes T1R Tires
Greddy 20 PSI twin turbo with intercooler
Magnaflow cat-back exhaust
Pistons, rods, etc
new LSD
Bigger injectors, fuel rail, pump
Tons of gauges (all glow red in the dark): Wideband, oil pressure, oil temp, water temp, water pressure, EGT, boost, and fuel pressure gauges
Turbo X5 Piggyback ECU
Brembo brakes
intend to get new titanium valve springs eventually
intake valves, exhaust valves, cams, retainers, manifold, head gasket, greddy race manifold,

I haven't dyno'd the car, as there aren't any dyno's in the area that i can find, but i'd sayaround 550 WHP with the twin turbos.

Onto pictures!

Those polished rims look awful heavy. Other than the white over polished I love what you've done with the hardware/engine. When you say you got a new valve body do you mean a completely after-market one, or something along the lines of shims to increase line-pressure? I thought valvebody's were used on auto tranny's, but you say you upgraded the clutch/fly too, implying it's stick-shift. Anyway, nice ride man. You have any competition up in Big Sky country? Can't imagine so. Make sure you remember to invest in a GoPro, instead of the next car mod.

It is a stick, i'm just a moron and put valve body in there when i replaced the one on my dads ram. Confused the two i guess :31:

It was late when i made this and i haven't got much sleep lately :20:

Anyway, not much competition here, which is unfortunate.

I'd like a GoPro, but i can't say i'd have a use for it other than to make a few videos i'm not sure i could even upload realistically, with my low 20gb bandwidth cap uploading videos would suck that up quickly, and HD videos would be out of the question. Seems like a waste to get a HD cam then not rip it into HD videos. -shrug-

Forget about videos, although that would be great. I'd like some engine shots, and also if you could show us the gauge cluster, the aftermarket ones. All the pics you take could help us.

Edit: Dude, I came across this link on one of the car forums I frequent. http://www.worldcarfans.com/10605247025 ... -by-xeigen

Is that your car? Swiss licence plate? Something seems fishy here. In fact, on your interior picture, the door jam is kind of visible and shows a different color car, looks like burnt orange.

Well, i talked to jay about it already, so it's time to talk about it here.

Yes, it's not my car, but i have an explanation behind me lying to everyone. I'm not saying it justifies it but i hope you all can at least partially understand. If not, i understand. If you wish to hear it, read on. It's going to be a mouthful.

I'm 17, i'm not an engineer, i don't own this car. Don't get me wrong, still love cars, and i feel i know a (decent) amount about them ( not nearly as much as any of you i'm sure. )

It started 4 years ago when i started playing wow. I was a young (13), ambitious player and i wanted to join the top raiding guild on the server, but it had a age requirement of 18, so i lied about my age. I got in, made the cut, and raided with them for a few years. Unfortunately, things started to spiral out of control. I got questions about what i do for a living, what car do i have, what i majored in, and so on. So naturally in order to keep myself in the guild, i lied and said i was what i told you all i am, a mechanical engineer. I only came up with lies as they asked and only what they asked about. I never lied about where i live or anything of that sort. As i got older i started to realized what i was doing was not just morally wrong, but personally degrading. I wanted to reveal the truth and come clean, but i was afraid of what that would do. Would my friends hate me? Would they kick me out of the guild i loved to play with? Naturally, i wasn't willing to take this risk, so i kept on doing it.

Lying to people is easy, especially over the internet, but lying to yourself is hard. It makes you apart of the lie, and makes it all the more believable. I became one with the lie, and i hated it.

Now i'm sure you're all wondering "How does this pertain to me, Killora? Why did you lie to us?" Well, that's a valid question. It started when jay asked me on teamspeak about what i do, so i told him, i also told him i was a car guy, and understandably he jumped on that and got excited. Asked me for pics, specs, what kind of WHP did it put out? i panicked, i didn't know what to do. No one had asked me these in-detail questions before, and i should have known he would considering who Jay is. And Watapus was present, and he was in the raiding guild i told you about in WoW, I couldn't tell the truth to Jay, and keep the ball rolling with watapus. I had intended to tell watapus about it eventually, but an indirect confession was the worst way to present that, so i had to lie to jay. And then that lead to posting this here thread, and lying to all of you. I didn't want to do that, as i wanted to keep it honest with all of you, but that all changed. Watapus being a good friend, i didn't want to end it on a bad note.

So there it is. It started with child stupidity, and ended with fear of losing the friends i had. I don't have any friends in real life (mostly because of where i live.) So friends online is all i have, and losing them scared the death out of me.

I'd say sorry, but i'm afraid sorry isn't good enough, so i will leave that decision to you.

I'm glad i've got that off my chest, and regardless of any of your decisions to forgive me or not, i understand.

No worries man. Jay and I talked earlier on TS and I will have to say, your response was better than expected.

You will find there is not one of us here (at least not that I know of) gives two shits about what you do or where you came from. And by that I mean not for a bragging rights and especially not to one up you on anything. This group is so diverse that we have a knowledgeable person for almost every career field. Whether it be IT, fireman, politics, mechanic, truck driver, pot smoker, military, rugby, anime pillow stuffer  or maybe even a professional modder to the best bullshitter in the world we have it. Hell we even have one idiot that makes his own beer and likes to put up pictures to prove it :D

You did a good thing by coming clean. I have more respect for someone that admits fault than one that will deny even when proven wrong.

Welcome ... and in the words of Specialist (with one word added) ... Don't fuck up again. ;)

ok here goes.....

It's normal....especially at your age. I would bet that every member here has at one time or another fed someone or a group of people a line of shit just to hope they would be "accepted."

Honestly I give ya credit for coming clean.....you could just as easily bailed off the forum. It's unfortunate that you had to get caught....but that is the thing with the intraweb....it's there for all to see.

To be perfectly honest I was thinking "where do these kids get all this fawking money?" but I'm not one to pry into personal life or judge others by what they don't or do have. Money and material items mean little to me personally, I judge a man/woman by how they act and how they treat others. It has served me very well.

Maturity never happens for some and they will spend their entire life fabricating truths in order to seek acceptance from others. Hopefully you will reach a point in your life when you feel you are good enough being WHO YOU ARE that you will not care what others think.

I'm a pretty damn smart guy about alot of things, and I have people that call me up often to get a quick answer about all kinds of things......it's hard not to come off as arrogant and condescending at times....but one thing I won't do is BS you. If I don't know I will say so or at least tell ya "I'm not positive but I think..." and it took alot of screw ups and eating crow to get me where I am with myself.

I PROMISE you this.....if YOU are comfortable in your own skin then the people who you do make friends with will be worth being a friend with.

Your young and hopefully have a long life ahead of you, the decisions you make over the next 10 years will affect the next 50. Welcome to life. :D

Man pride is a tough pill to swallow....but it's great medicine. :12:

Ah, okay. I was wondering if that was a reference to me or not :P.
toolman wrote:Hopefully you will reach a point in your life when you feel you are good enough being WHO YOU ARE that you will not care what others think.
I feel i've recently reached that point. I've never really been afraid of who i am, just how people think of me. Now i don't care if they don't like the fact i enjoy my little pony, or spongebob, or any other animated TV show or movie. I'm proud of it, and i feel that will lead me to a bright future. Thanks for the posts. Even you sarge. That hummer is beast.

Now if you tell me that the whole "Pony" avatar was a fake too than we can be best of friends ! Anyways like what the other older fuggers above me posted , I give you credit for coming clean rather than just bailing out of a tough situation as alot of kids your age do these days so you have earned my respect for that. I do hope down the road that you eventually earn the car of your dreams with the "Real" career you choose :) . Your still young and still learning , this is one of lifes lessons learned and you dealt with it appropriately !

Killora, I know that feel. When I played WoW when I was like 10-17 I was 18 years old for seven years of my life. ;) Mostly because I didn't want to get picked on tho. :3 I'm glad you were so mature about this.

Man pride is a tough pill to swallow....but it's great medicine.... very very true... you're wise beyond your (many :D ) years Tim - although as Stu mentioned, Dan is the proactive one (Don't fuck up... I remember those words clear as a bell the first time I heard'em :D :D :D )

Good on ya for coming clean bud :)

I hope that on any given day I'm judged not by what goes on inside my head but instead, how I act and what I do.

That means that if I don't steal, I'm not a thief.
If I don't get overly aggressive to get my way, I'm not a bully.
If I don't cheat, I'm not a cheater.

These things can all be true from today going forward, regardless (to some degree) of what I did in the past.

You see where this is going?

You don't have to be that guy if you don't want to be.

Dig it.
