Nothing like having having a topless Jeep at the drive in for icing on the cake. 
Despicable me was great. Easily one of the funnier "kid" movies I have seen. I would compare it to a monsters inc. or Shrek type film that can easily be enjoyed by adults even if kids are not watching. It is not a pixar film but reminded me of that studios early stuff. Details and good humor. I laughed often.
Toy Story 3 was not as good as I hoped. Very much like toy story 2 with somewhat stale storyline, and not much new material. I also watched a very impressive movie before it so it kind of had a high bar to compare to.
I did like that Toy Story did wrap it up nice in the ending...Andy goes off to college so they keep with real time somewhat so that makes it fun and I do have to say that the story between Barbie and Ken is quite humorous and has good stuff for the adults.
