:shock: I was probably banned for firing arty into main which is crap because i was aiming for the arty firing out of it. That is within the rules is it not? Can you unban me please?

There are three exceptions to this rule:
1--Return fire is allowed to any player firing from a main such as the SA-3, MLRS, SCUD etc.
2--Car bombs (honking the horn sets off the bomb)
3--Snipers, who are firing sniper rifles

Any player firing from any main is a valid target. The usual examples are the MLRS or BM (multiple rocket launchers), SA-3 (surface to air missiles), and SCUD, But any player firing any weapon from a main is an acceptable target. The danger here is hitting someone else while attacking an approved target. It is left to the discernment of the administrator whether and how to punish offenders.

If i was breaking the rules (i wasn't) why was i not warned?

using arty to take out the same ,within a main base, is a dangerous and costly thing to do, because of the splash damage...its all to easy to be inaccurate and your shells end up landing further in the main than needed....i guess the rules dont cover this side of the matter, but anyone doing it runs the risk of being kicked/banned for unintentional camping.

If the admin thought i was stretching the rules, I could understand a kick, but a ban??? Thats a little excessive wouldn't you agree? Someone out there got a little too upset i think. All the admin had to do was tell me to stop. This is crap, banning regulars is only making it worse for everyone else. Lets face it, the BF community isn't getting bigger.

Your scuds were hitting blue's main killing people, destroying tanks except firing arties (don't remember seeing any near where your scuds hit). I could have just kicked you for that, but you got an early release last time for intentional tk, so to make sure you remember it, you will sit out this time for 3 days. As a regular, you know the rules well, don't expect warnings from me before kick/ban. Next time I catch you, it will be a 1 week break. It is the interest to all our DC lovers to keep the server alive and as full as possible, but as AIDS said, if you come to play, follow the SIMPLE rules, I'm not going to tolerate bad behaviors just to have a few more people to kill.

You were banned about a month ago for intentional tk. I let you off the hook 2 days earlier since you posted and apologized here. Don't like our rules, find another server. I suggest you watch your language, in the forum and in the game. If you say those words against me, I'll be sure to extend your vacation to at least a month.
