Bugger ... game wont load ?

Unfortuanately still not sure wat the initial problem was, but the forced format an reload did bring a couple faults up. Sound had dissappeared, no sound card installed was the error, but it hasn't bin taken out ? And the videocard was a bit of a hassle to reload ? Had to do it a couple times to get it to work proper. And the case coolin fan came up with a fault ??? They were the things that were faults after format ...
I found an old pooter that was sorta complete that 1 salvaged a sound card from an another case coolin fan, i also stripped my pooter down an dusted an cleaned all internal componets.
Only thing is not sure of wat sorta sound card it is an wether i have connected rite, but all does work except for mike. Just gives me feedbak wen try to record voice ... But got main part workin, that the main thing ...
