Hate Charter customer sevice?

Anyone else ever run into smarta@# customer service reps who have no idea what they are doing except pissing you off.

Please do, I think it was the Cincinnati call center supervisor who told me my On Demand service wasn't working because my bill was due in 2 days and i hadn't paid it yet and there was nothing she could do. When i tried to explain to her that my bill was due in the future and my service was not working now she went on to inform me that she knows what she is doing very well and not to try and tell her what her job was. So if you could please put some hellfire missles up her a@# that would be greatly appreciated.
