Hey guys and gals,

I just wanted to say to you all that are going to start playing BF3 tomorrow, good luck on the battlefield and enjoy! But I do have one small request... PLEASE do not stop playing DC as I won't be able to join the BF3 group for a while due to technical obsolescence and "financial disability". I have really enjoyed my time becoming somewhat of a "regular" on the DC server and really think that you all are a great group of people to play games with. Anyways, I hope to still see you all on DC sometimes and happy fragging!

Its going to happen there PP ... People are going to leave and not come back. Some are predicting that it will have a "sugar" high for a while and then reality will set in that BF1942 was the better only gameplay. I dont know but will be finding out as I am gonna get BF3 and hope like hell my PC will run it. But dont worry .. I will still be here also.

hey Private Parts - I for one can't imagine leaving DC for good - it just has something simple and fun about it that I can't imagine it... But bf3 does have some really exciting things about it that I have a feeling people are really going to be spending some time with it at the start for sure... like building your char, leveling up for added weapons, it's just new, ect.... But as it's released - I bet close to 1/2'ish the DC field isn't ready to play it yet...

~I did take a pretty low-key computer (dual core 2.1g, 512mb vid card) and for under
$200 ordered some parts (quad core 2.5, 1gb vid card) and stuck them in'er and hoping I can get by for 6 months or so and then maybe I can save up for a new rig...
