I have 10 gallons going right now ... 5 gallons of a German Kolsch (kind of like a pilsner or maybe even a light lager but I didn't use the right yeast for the lager style) and then 5G of chocolate milk stout. The Kolsch should be ready in about 2 - 3 weeks. The stout ..well good things come to those who wait. The other beer is now gone as of this weekend.

You could probably walk here in the time it will take for that beer to be ready. I am planning on letting that stout sit for a few months. Maybe even wait till later fall begining of winter. I dont know we will see as I am gonna bottle that beer so I would bet that a few of them get cracked open LONG before it gets close to winter LOLOL. Its like being a kid again and a few days before Christmas. The wait is SUCH a pain in the a$$ while making beer.
