Who's lived where?

Post by Sarge 1/68th Armor »

Thought this might be interesting for a topic.
Myself, started in So. California, West Germany (Wildflecken), back to Cali, then Nevada (Las Vegas), off to the New Mexico (Taos) back to Cali (Simi Valley) Then Back to Nevada (Lake Tahoe), Oregon (Central Point), Arizona (Williams) and now call Utah(Cedar City) home.

Not as interesting as Sarge ;) but started in Kapuskasing Ontario which is a pulp and paper town, then moved south to Hamilton ON between the ages of 3 to 11ish cause i needed to go to sick kids hospital in toronto every 6 months, then back to Kap after all that hospital stuff was over and finished highschool, then at 17 moved to Thunder Bay ON for about 10 yrs got married and divorced there and went to Lakehead University for 4 yrs, after that i moved back to Hamilton for about 10 yrs cause of a good job,now iam in Timmins ON with my dog gil as most of u all know and trying to live life as best i can,not sure if iam gonna stay or move, thinking on eventually moving back to Thunder Bay or British Columbia, just gonna playing it by ear. 8-)

Monroe, La to Alton, Il to Sylva, NC to Farmerville, La to Worcester, MA to Newburgh, NY to Brevard, NC to Beijing, China(4 months) to Valencia, Venezuela(6 months) to West Monroe, La to Alexandria, La to Claremore, OK.....We moved anytime my dad got a better offer in the Paper industry and I continued the tradition after college. My wife is a store manager for a womens clothing store called White House Black Market and will hopefully end up at corporate in Ft. Myers, Fl where we plan on retiring to. I've never really had a "hometown" so on the boat in Florida seems as good a place as any! :)
HI! I love you!

Sunland, So Cal - 5 years
Then Burbank So Cal - 48 years (yeah I like it here).
Then Phoenix, AZ - 3 months (new job sucked and home didn't sell)

So back to Burbank (since June of last year).

Burbank... Media Capital of the world, and a silly place to be sure.
But there are more studios here than just about anywhere.
Not sure if Bollywood in Mumbai, India has more studios, but Hollywood and New York can't compare.

All this means of course is that Burbank is the toilet through which media sleaze oozes...

You mean Pinocchio's? Yeah their sandwiches are really good. I also love their lasagna. ;)

The new Porto's Cuban bakery on the corner of Magnolia and Hollywood Way (the original Porto's is in Glendale) has awesome cake, bread, and other pastries...
