Just an idea... Can we get rid of that bloody VSS in Basrah Nights?!?! It's awesome when you're on red, not so awesome when you're on blue.

B-but the VSS is a glorious 1 shot kill with a headshot. And a 2 or 3 shot kill anywhere else :D

I accidently killed the entire opposing team with a VSS. Didn't even realize my finger was on the trigger, and was aiming at the floor inside a closed room. All headshots nonetheless.

VSS is overkill. AK, PK and M16 are already ridiculously accurate and deadly. VSS is just excessive, and I actually feel bad to the point of not using it sometimes when I'm on Red and its an option.

That said, I like the rotation now. Although, I wish Al Nas was more frequent.

What can I say? I'm a flag stealing adrenaline junkie. :?

why take the vss out?............why not give it to both sides then?:)

If your in there takin things out......try the sa3 and any helo with no guns.....:)

And no one needs landmines on stalingrad anymore......:(
or grenades.......can I get a C4 dance!!!

Ive noticed a drop in peeps lately......its 630 est and still only a couple people on......

What happen to liberation of cean......the map seemed to bring alot.....twas usually busy everytime i played it.

need drop stalingrad everytime it loads be a server of 25 players and that map loads and over half leave it was retarded in 1942 and worse yet in DC t :mrgreen: y

Disagree. A few reasons some leave is because we removed the nades. Why remove the nades you ask. Because that is all some people did. They would nadespam the hell out of that map. Other reason .. infantry map. If people are going to leave on Stalingrad they would leave on most if not all infantry maps. Some people just do not like them. I did not for the longest time, but now I enjoy them as maps like Stalingrad and fast action and alot of it.

Stalingrad with no nades is a great addition to the server.

I've noticed that a couple maps seem to have some balance issues and should be addressed.

First and probably the most frustrating is the ticket bleed for opposition on lost village. The rate at which opposition bleeds is ~3 tickets per SECOND. That's 100 tickets gone in about 30 seconds. This appears to be the only map with this issue.

Secondly the A10 on guadalcanal seems to be faster than A10s on any other map. I understand that the A10 is inferior to the frogfoot, but the increased speed coupled with cluster bombs makes the A10 on guadal severely overpowered...and lets not forget there is no SA3 on guadal either.

Stalingrad sux (way to many gun tips stickin through walls),,, berlin wayyy better........the air drop spawn point is sweet!


put the nades back in and remove some of the ammo boxes...or move them to areas where nade spamming isnt fun.


sa3 should be removed from all maps....they ruin them...or as ive said a million and 2 times....move them out of the main, then they would be fun.

Vote to drop Stalingrad. Kill it with fire. As a replacement, I would recommend adding in Al Nas CTF Day 2 and space it out several maps later after the regular Al Nas CTF. These two maps are very fast paced, draws you into the action, very popular, etc. Should be good for the server.

The A10 does have a performance mod on it that makes it slightly faster, it's been on the server for years now. If you guys think it should be removed then we can remove the mod or replace it with the non cluster bomb version.

I vote to keep the cluster bmbs, though adding an SA3 might level things. Whatever you do though, please don't unleash the pigeon mod. Highly dangerous.

Why does the rotation keep changing. The list is only 10 maps now and it seems we play the same ones over and over. Less than a week ago there was a map list that was good but now its gone. Who's in charge of this? The a good number on the server were complaining about it just now.

DC Omaha CQ
DC Gazala CQ
DCF Al Nas CTF
DCF Dustbowl Modded CQ
DCF Liberation of Caen CQ
DC Bocage CQ
DC El Alamein CQ
DCF Lostvillage CQ
DC Kharkov CQ
DC Basrah Nights CTF
DC Iwo CQ
DCF Cornered


Let me throw this out there and lets hear your input. With the best interest in keeping the game play fun for ALL, put a rotation together consisting of 10 maps. If we find there is a map that is in everyone's list that we do not have in there it can be added or removed if we see one we currently have but no one wants. So again, 10 maps that will suite the servers population the best, not just one individual or play style.

Obviously some of you do not like the current rotation which is fine but instead of just saying it sucks give us a solution ;)

Oh and Turkey, we change the rotation on occasion to keep it from getting monotonous and to suite what we think is best for the server. ;) .. did we get it right?? Not sure yet as this rotation just got set.

2 maps with jets that I see. Gazala and Iwo. Yet 3 CTFs! Why no maps with jets? I prefer to fly. For me personally, this rotation is terrible. But if the vocal majority want mostly infantry and CTF maps then so be it. I always loved DC for the jets, helos, tanks, etc. I usually played the infantry maps just to get to the vehicle maps. Guess I'm gonna have to push the old lady a little harder for that comp upgrade. :11:

I can live on El Al and Gazala. Do we have any maps from the Secret Weapons. I thought i saw a complete list of all our maps around here. There was one map with snow and a V1 launch pad??
