Re: The final solution
Its been a while, but the beast is waking up. Should have the short block built in two weeks. Then yank my 350 and yank the heads and intake to finish the job.

The old 350 got yanked. After 250,000 she'll get a rebuild too.

Looks like a new oil ring could have done the one cylinder some good.
How much of the old is going on the new, or are you replacing everything on the new motor?

Re: The final solution
The TBI heads and manifold get bolted on. The injectors if needed will get replaced with a set for a 454 forf a tad more fuel, but that will depend when I start towing over 8000lbs. Everything else is new.

Sick Sarge. The red is so vivid, at least in the photos. Keep the updates coming.

Its been a while, oops. She is up and running. Had to yank it out once Napa fucked up on the rings and found out my crank was milled on a taper (old owner) thought it was fine. New crank and another rebuild kit, she is humming.
