I have tried other games but I also seem to come back to Desert Combat over and over
All the PC series of Battlefield
Halo
CSS (& lots of other HL2 mods)
Combat Arms = Free, Fun, and sweet Graphics (free/hihg quality like AA but without the crappy training)
(I guess the first game I was ever addicted to was Starcraft and it's editor)
I play all kinds of others but I think the ones listed above would be the ones I have played most.

I only play Battlefield1942.
I am satisfied with this game because we can play many mods(bf42,DC,FH...etc)
so I don't need more games.

I come back to DC because it's a simple game. None of this unlocking and ranking crap that full-on ruins any game for those of us who like to start up the game and just play. I really don't want to get pwned by some n00b because he/she has better weapons and gets priority over me for one reason or another.

And it seems in DC less players are worried about rankings and all that crap so game play is better.

In BF/DC everyone is equal.

I feel so deprived (depraved) though that I am not familiar with "Spankies"

Yea, Mount & Blade was pretty good, might have to reinstall it.

Another game I really like is TheHunter. By far the best hunting game I've ever played. Need patience for this one but very immersive, very nice graphics. Check it out for free.

I haven't played it in like a year at least. I remember I got pretty far, had a good amount of the enemy cities taken over, but then there was a patch and I started over. I really don't remember. Fun game though.
