Hi,

I'm getting auto-kicked when I try to get on the server. I'm sure it has to do with the last time I played. I played Iraqi for about an hour and then didn't notice I was switched to USA. I TK'd 3 & got bounced before I realized I was being a dolt. I know that's lame but it is the truth. I'm not into being a dolt intentionally.

I tried downloading the BFHasher to submit that info, but I'm a Mac Guy & the download was pc,... is there a hasher for mac ?

I would love to get back on,... great server.

Hey Droids how is bf1942 on a mac ? I have a Macbook Pro for school and design etc, but I game on my PC

There is a nifty little site that allows you to look up anyones player name and it divides duplicate names by keyhash, there was only one "Not The Droids" so it was easy to find your hash.

About your ban they are usually from 1-3 day bans depending. Personally I can understand killing one team mate but after that it displays "Not The Droids killed a team mate. (Nightster) is no more." I think you would get the picture that red is your team after at least seeing that once maybe twice. If the server kicked you it's set a lot higher then killing just -3 ? thats including also your + score.

Anyway I don't have the admin power to remove bans. But I'm sure another admin will review and consider the un-ban, if not it should expire soon too. (Sometimes we get people who make up stories to cover their actions though. so I'm sure this will be reviewed.)

Thank you for the consideration. I should have been keeping an eye on the dialog & probably not continued to play when I was getting tired. I felt like an idiot when I got kicked & realized. I appreciate the unban.

Nightster I think you were asking about BFDC on a mac ? I have a 17" G4 1.5 / 2g ram, not an intel mac. This is my first experience with online gaming actually. 5 months now maybe ? I decided to purchase & play in hopes of getting some tactical ideas for woodsball. It runs fine. I find that games with really large numbers of players can bog things down to unplayable. I have rogers ultra high speed internet in Toronto, Canada. I'm not sure if this kind of slow down is typical, or my settings,... I also have my laptop connected through an airport xpress wireless hub ? To date I've just stuck with servers that have a modest amount of players or I've bowed out when things got too unplayable.

I find that games with flying aces are pretty much unplayable for me. My Saitek joystick doesn't work with BF & I haven't gotten around to getting a compatible one. I'm really diggin the helo's / sniper rifles / scouting & indirect firing. I have no other experience to compare it too, but so far lots of fun. Now if it just weren't for those dipstick team killers !!! Not the Droids.
