Disrespect for fellow players

I am sure that all of you who participate in this forum have seen the last turn of events on Beelzebub. I had kicked him for disrespect of a player, (ME) and this seems to be a debatable issue to some. To reiterate: The first rule of ours is to Respect all players. Statements that are inflamitory and cause disruption, will not be tolerated. You know the old saying, Fuk with the bull and you get the horns. Most people know how to ask nicely, some don't. Beelzebub chose to go on and on, he was kicked. Not a harsh action at all. However you'd think the world came down on him. Such sensitive people. Please don't think that I see things in Greys and shadows, quit the contrary, my world is black and white. If you act out of line, you deserve what you get. This is not to say that I make mistakes. Adam, one of our players was banned for 3 days....my bad on picking the wrong player number. But there are those of you who know what I am saying and try to garner help from other disgrunteled players, trying to beat the system either from an over inflated ego or just plain stubborn maliciousness......well I have your number and you will be served. Being one who does not give in easily, I won't be going anywhere, anytime soon.

I think the difference is between kidding and being an asshole for the purposes of trying to make someone look bad or feel bad. If I start to get riled then I know it's time to back off.

When I start seeing personal attacks between players I perk up and I'll issue a language warning - I don't mind the cursing so much but start talking about someone's mom, ancestry or whatever and I think it's over the line.
