3. I think I was banned around the 21st of August, can't remember the time
4. I think Specialist banned me
5. I was banned for being disruptive
6. I don't understand why I was banned, I know I was being tked alot by several players and then Specialist warned all of us that the next tk would get a holiday. After that warning I DID NOT TK ANYBODY! Check your logs! Nightstalker started talking about how I tked red fox or somebody along that name but that tk happened BEFORE Specialist warned me and like I said before, I tked no one after Specialist's warning. One other comment is that Red Fox tked me just as many times and he was the one that started it. I know this sounds jeuvenile but it is what it is and to single me out is not fair.
So like I said before, after Specialists warning I tked NO ONE and I am confused why I was banned. Please check your logs if you do not believe me.
Sorry for wasting your time but it is frustrating when other players tk me and nothing is done about it yet I am singled out.

I was on at the time -- actually walked in on what seemed to be a pretty involved TK fest. I saw *619* Skunk TK Reverse Osmosis quite deliberately (gunned him down out of the Apache w/ the .50 cal on the Abrams). It's possible that the ban was to make an example of someone to put a stop to all the nonsense, and that Osmosis was chosen unjustly for this.
However, by his own admission, Osmosis was TKing. Even if you only TK in retaliation, it's still not as good of an option as growing a pair and walking away. It takes more of a man to follow the rules than retaliate out of anger. My two cents.

Hey bud ... My name is involved which is OK so here is what I saw ... You and Redfox going back and forth TKing each other. I told yall a few times to quit. You DID TK after those warnings hence the screenshot. I am not trying to be an ass but it IS what I saw. I understand you may not have seen Specialist warnings but I know you saw mine as you and Red were bitching back and forth in the chat during the time i mentioned yall need to quit. But I can also understand mine carry no weight LOLOLOLOL Anyways ... Here is the screenshot I took that I told you about.

When Spec joined he was UNFORTUNATE enough to have me asking for warnings INSTANTLY. Mainly about you two. And then 619Skunk. Skunk is one of those that will play nice while being watched. Anyways ... he gave out warnings after I gave him numbers and what was going on which was TKing and constant bitching between you two. Then after the warnings you were in the hind and I saw Redfox in the middle of the runway and you shoot rockets at him. And it wasnt a strafing run you circled him. That is when I told Spec it is happening again and you said I didnt shoot him he TK'd me or something like that. Now the screenshot will not lie. You TK'd him. I will tell you I talked to Redfox afterwords too. Should he have been banned for his actions. Maybe but he did not TK or say anything after the warning. Would he if you had been allowed to stay and get retaliation on you ... Maybe but that we will never know. Here is what I will say .. You seem like a nice guy and maybe you were just having a bad day as we all do. Many of us get on here to GET AWAY from the bitching and moaning. Yea we like to cut up but dont lower yourself to the dickheadish things others are doing. TKing is wrong whether its in retaliation or the initial TK. If it happens again ... Let people know. If I am on I will be more than happy to come over and do what I can to get that person off the server. Not at that moment of course but we will come here to the forum ... Explain what they did .. have proof. Like I said call me over and I will take screenshots to back you up. Anyways ... You were not banned for the TK believe it or not you were banned for disrupting gameplay. You may wonder how ... 1 TKing .. 2 Not paying attention to warnings .. 3 When you TK'd as shown above in the screenshot you wanted to tell me and everyone else that you didnt ??????? .. 4 Bitching in the chat. Just so you know why it happened. Why I asked Spec to do something and what i was seeing. I have no hard feelings towards you and I promise I will be more than happy to help you out in the future. Yes I banned you for 3 days.
Upon entering the game, I saw in the logs where you had tk'd Redfox. A few of the regulars also mentioned that this was not the only map that you were disrupting game play on. As Nightstalker mentioned on the post above, I did not kick you for team killing, it was for being disruptive.
I will let you off early but be warned that if it happens again.. the ban will stay.

Thanks Specialist, I'll play better from now on. Still don't understand why I got banned yet Redfox and Skunk got nothing, not even a kick. They were tking and (disrupting gameplay) just as much or even more. I was just trying to state a fact in the chat that I did not TK after your warning then I got banned for it. Nightstalker was saying that I tked after your warning but that was not true so I was just trying to tell you the truth in chat and I got banned for it. It's still weird to me but it is what it is.
Like I said before, it get's a little frustrating when people tk me, I tell any online admins about it yet the tker doesn't get a warning. Just seems like it would be fair if the rules pertained to everybody. I will try my best not to disrupt gameply and not to tk.
Another thing is, don't you kick someone before banning them?
I've vented enough and said my two cents worth.
