windowa vista connection issues

I recently bought a new cpu with windows vista on it. love the cpu it is great but, almost every map change it stops working. i get a windows error message saying this program has stopped working, windows will try to find a fix for problem, any ideas, before i through it out the window ( i have reloaded it twice)(i did a reg cleaner at some point, i think that might have something to do with it) any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the club, get used to the game crashing on you on map loads. It wont happen every time but it will happen frequently. The issue is the compatibility of BF with Vista and as far as I know there is no fix for it.
Remember to run the game in compatibilty for XP SP2 and as an administrator, it might help a bit.

Trash vista, install XP. I got the same tech problem 2 years ago.

two years ago, Vista was RC1 no?
