Cool thanks!
Yea I might be a bit overpowered for bf42, but I DO play other games aswell. I also wanna ensure it can last me a few years, but more and more software are released these days / and more demanding.

You got some good hardware there too Beav! ;)

I'll have a look at that link there spec! thanks!

Really nice rig you got there. If I could add a suggestion, though, it would be to get a PSU with a higher wattage.

Right now I'm running:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 12288MB RAM Corsair Vengeance
Hard Drive: 1 TB 7200RPM Seagate Barracuda
Video Card: ATI Radeon XFX HD 5770
Monitor: ASUS VW246H 24" 2ms 1080P
Sound Card: Onboard
Speakers/Headphones: Logitech USB Headset and Shitty Juster Speakers
Keyboard: Shitty Dell
Mouse: Logitech MX518
Mouse Surface:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100618-1621)
Motherboard: MSI X58 LGA 1366 Pro-E
Computer Case: Thermaltake V9 Black

I plan on building a PC that's complete overkill and so far it's looking like this:
NZXT Phanton Full Tower
intel i7 950
1200W Corsair/Silverstone PSU
ASUS Sabertooth x58 mobo
x2 GTX 470's
x2 samsung 64gb ssd's
WD 500GB HDD
etc.
Not really going to invest anything in after market cooling considering my current mid tower case, filled with the mesh wiring from my Corsair 850, is running 35°C on full load temps and 26°C idle. But I got a deal on a nice V8 i7 cooler, so that works in my favor for the full tower.
