You asked me to post it here. Which makes me wonder. Should we call this the motorized equipment/vehicle section???? Not just automotive but anything gas powered.

OK so with the thanks of you guys who commented and talked to me on TS ... I am the proud new owner of this. Already took it out for a test drive. Manufacture recommends running 3 tanks of gas before opening here up. Making it sound like a kick ass piece of machinery huh ... well here .. thanks again guys .. Ended up with the FS56RC not the FS55. Gotta love getting a new toy even if it means the wife is gonna make you mow more often :? ... I just realized I could have picked a better patch of grass

I hope so. I got some mixed answers when I sent them some questions about the differences/concerns from the older model (FS55) to the new one(FS56) .. The 55 has a lube point on the gear head. The 56 does not. After using it for a good 30 minutes the other day the gear head was screaming hot. I expected it to be nice and warm but not this hot. My neighbor across the street has the 55 (with lube port) and his does not get that hot. Made me question whether or not they greased/oiled everything in there. I explained that I was running the the 56 around 1/4 to 1/2 throttle and not wide open because it is still (obviously) in the break in period. Manual says run 3 tanks before opening it up. The guy at Stihl told me to run it wide open???.... WTH  I asked if this was a maintenance free gear head and could not get an answer. I am assuming it is sealed bearings with either grease or gear oil in the housing??? Man I hope I didn't get the "one"
