Ban Removal

I was just permabanned from your BF3 server for attacking the enemy base. I'd like to offer my side of the story.
I was capping the point at C on Grand Bazaar and I was killed by a sniper who was perched on the ledge above the alleyway that is across the street from C. Now you could argue that this is part of their base, but he killed me while I was in the process of capping the point at C.
A medic revived me after being sniped, and I jumped up and scrambled to avoid being hit again. I was able to work my way over the to the alleyway and took a peek. He shot me again...in the chest or arm this time. There was a medic with me at this point, so I ducked back after Q spotting him and healed up.
Once I was fully healed, I dashed down the alleyway along the wall closest to him and was able to stay out of his field of fire. An assault was heading down the alley, so I took him out. I was then able to lob a grenade up at the sniper, but my grenade bounced off the ledge. I scrambled across the alley to avoid being blown up by my own grenade and ducked into one of those little side rooms. I turned and looked up in time to get a good bead on the sniper, only to be mowed down by an assault who I had somehow missed completely.
It was at this time that I was kicked and banned. Is it really fair to permanently ban me from the server for trying to kill a sniper who had already killed me while I was capping C? I really enjoy playing on your server. It's my favorite. Can someone please remove my ban? I'd really appreciate it, especially given the circumstances.
