To All Respectable Admins (excluding Rick Petko),

Rick Petko just banned me for 3 days because I got auto-switched and switched back to blue. He's such a donkey he accused me of switching myself and switching back, as if I'm some noob looking for some noob sniper. I was top score, as usual for this map, Wake, and opposition only had one base which I was trying persistently to cap. I finally started capping it and pwning everyone in the base and donkey Rick bans me for 3 days. WOW, I mean WOW what a stupid donkey!

Please unban me and tell Rick to stop being a donkey. He's just soar because of something that happened the other day where I put him in his place for being ignorant. He kicks me for so-called "base-camping" when I kill him ONE TIME as he EXITS the non-cap in Lost Village. Next map, Medina Ridge, some guy base-camps our non-cap hard with tank, gets 14 kills (14!!!) by base-raping us, but since Rick didn't get killed or "witness" it he didn't kick him so I was complaining. I'm sure this is why he banned me, because he has to have his power trip. Seriously WTF this is unfair and he should not be an admin if he's gonna act like this. NONE of you other admins are unfair like Rick is (constantly).

You all know I play Coalition on most every map except for Tobruk and Urban Seige. I have NEVER in 7 years, as far as I can remember, played Opposition on Wake. This should be proof enough I wasn't team switching, I got auto-switched and was switching back to Coalition because I hate opposition. With 1 base left to cap, I don't have time to be team-switching and causing 2 additional deaths to my score for no reason.

I suggest that if you want to be taken seriously you remove all kinds of name calling from your postings immediately.

For the time and energy people put into being admins here they deserve some resepct. I don't care if you disagree with his ruling; we can discuss that calmly and intelligently, but resorting to name calling is going to get you banned for good.

But the facts I have written are true and accurate and need not be changed.

I don't get it x100xPercent, Rick should have known that you don't need to double switch teams to see where people from the other team are... seeing as how you told me you use uber h4x :p Just kidding bro :p

You know I usually don't read the banned section but seeing as how this one involves a long time regular such as x100xPercent it caught my attention. I personally respect both you and Rick, and I think that the whole ban for switching might have bin a bit over kill. I know I wasn't there but if I got banned for double switching even if I switched both times without the balance doing it. I would be pretty mad.

Ohh btw x100xPercent you should come to the dark side and play Opposition more often :p

Thanks Nightster, I appreciate that very much. I think not only myself but everyone else can completely agree with you that a ban is much too harsh for such a small offense as team switching without warning, especially when it is a 3-day ban, and in my case was not intentional (was auto team switch). It was a very bad call on Rick's part, and I know that he knows it was irrational and unfair to do that.

I think there is a misunderstanding here. I doubt Rick thought you teamswitched twice, like switching to see where someone on the other team was and then switching back to go kill them. When autobalance comes on, if you die during that time, you get switched. To my way of thinking, you're there because the teams are uneven and almost always, they Need you. When people switch back it only exacerbates the problem. I'm guessing when you switched back you got the boot because you should have stayed where you were needed.

Thanks for your input. I appreciate it. Now for the real story. I have observed your game play for 3 consecutive days. I have seen you on Gazala for instance, attacking the SA3 on red, which is legal, however you set up your bombing run to take out planes on the runway as well. I warned you about it, but you did not reply. You seem to enjoy pushing the boundries of server rules lately. A player of your "caliber" should know better than that. When I call you out on it, you ignore the request. This is one of many instances where you like to push the limits of game play to your advantage. You seem to think that because of your many years and familiarity as a player here, the rules of fair engagement don't apply to you. I have seen your frustration with the game manifested in your capitalization of protest's in game ,warning other players. Also, your contempt for me is manifested by your superiority complex. You launched a flurry of profanity towards me when I told you about the team switching. That ,in its self, warrants a 3 day ban from me. When you switched back to blue on your own, you are subverting the purpose of team balance, thereby disrupting the fairness of the game. The teams were imbalanced the whole game. If you are switched, then stay where you are and be a team player. Don't think your above the rest of us and do what ever you want. Top score doesn't mean you can do what you wish. Irrationality seems to apply to everyone else but yourself. Your lucky I didn't ban you for good. I may not be the best player out there, but I do watch what happens and this server doesn't need a loose cannon like yourself, operating on your interpretation of what is right. You have a 3 day ban, serve it and come back. You weren't banned for just team switching. Other factors as mentioned above were also causal to your termination. The logs don't lie. Other long time players have been banned recently also. Please keep that in mind. I don't use profanity when dealing with players, you should try the same tack. Mutual respect goes a long way.

I also made a comment on x100xPercent's team switching yesterday when he was banned so I feel I owe an explanation. Yesterday, 2-3 maps prior to Wake, Iwo Jima to be exact, I started in the blue team as x100xPercent did. Teams were already stacked right off the bat in favor of blue. So, on my 1st death I got auto-switched to red which was already outnumbered so I decided to stay red. Soon after that, x100xPercent died got auto-switched to red but went back to blue. It bothered me but did not complain or say anything since I don't take this "game" so serious as others do. We gave blue a great battle until we were down to one flag. Red was outnumbered by ~1-3 and couldn't spawn cause bradley, tomcats, A-10, destroyer were all over us. That's when I requested blue players to balance the game but as I recall... no one did. Question: how is the auto-balance configured on this server? Does it require for an admin to manually turn it on?

1) In Gazala I have never attacked planes - that is a lie. I only go for the SA3. I guess you needed to make something up to add to your story.

2) My profanity words toward you were AFTER you typed the 3 day ban code. Again, you need another lie to add to your story to rationalize the ban.

3) Team switching is allowed. Nowhere on the server rules does it say you cannot team switch back to your orginal team after an auto-switch. I'm not going to stay on opposition after a team switch after putting all my efforts into Coalition objectives and almost completing those objectives.

4) You didn't use profanity, but saying I have a "superiority complex" is an equally offensive and unfriendly insult.

The fact remains the ban on me was entirely unfair, and Rick's post is mostly a lie to help himself out.

It is readily apparent your rage has gotten in the way of your seeing the facts as they are. The server logs will show that you have been warned about your game play. I do not lie about what I observe. I am the admin, when an admin speaks to you in game it is advisable to listen. You called me a "dumbass" when I warned you about the team switch, and then when I banned you the flurry of profanity started. Your selective memory does not serve you or the facts well. Why do you keep lying? I called you a dumbass AFTER you told me I'm being banned, AFTER you typed the ban code, and BECAUSE you banned me.

You asked me why the team switch, I said "ask the server" becuase I was auto-switched. I didn't say anything about you until after you banned me for nothing. Dude stop making up stories.
