And thought ..DAMN, I have not had Frosted Mini Wheats in a LONG time. And I thought about other sugary cereals I like soooo ......... Top 5 Not So healthy Cereals.
Frosted Mini Wheats
Pops
Frosted Flakes
Cap'n Crunch
Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Cocoa Puffs probably should be in there but those were the first 5. On a side note I HATE the marshmellow cereals.

LOL you two. It was 5&3 Top 5 Not So Healthy Cereals. Hahahaha. As for the fiber cereals I know ALL TOO WELL about those. I am not in my 60's but after dealing with colitis/diverticulitis I like the 60+ year old person's fiber ladened cereal.
Fiber One makes some really good tasting free flowing cereals
