Failed to Connect Server is full

I am getting this message when I try to connect but, when I look at the server there are 0 players in it. Is it being worked on or is it broken?

We're aware of the issue and it's not anything we're doing nor is it the fault of the server or game provider. We'll keep things running as long and as often as we can. Stick with us.

Just FWIW, something that wasn't obvious to me was that even though you get the "server full" message, just keep trying and you might get through. It took a couple dozen times for me and then it finally joined.

Just so you know to keep trying, even if you get denied multiple times.
