Server Full

I have noticed several times in past few weeks that the site is blocked by "Server is full" yet it is not showing anywhere except my favorites and only shows couple people. If I am correct, last time this issue surfaced, it was PB malfunction on server. BTW I could not log on tonight, 10/10/12 19:10 hrs.
