Re: Space Jump
Yeah man I saw the livestream. It was pretty awesome. Kissenger, in the 60's, still holds the record for longest freefall. But highest, and fastest were broken. My favorite shot was the top down view of the initial jump... man he was moving. When he started tumbling I got worried but he seemed to stabilize once he hit denser air. Have you seen the helmet cam yet?

I wonder how high you can go before gravity says .. Nope just stay up there. You know thia guy is gonna go again. I would bet he is hungry for the free fall record.

Re: Space Jump
The problem is the height he jumped from was as high as that balloon could take him. Maybe a bigger balloon would work? who knows, but i'll look forward to seeing another attempt in 6monthsNightstalker wrote:I wonder how high you can go before gravity says .. Nope just stay up there. I would not do it for free. The craft he jumped out of landed safely back on the ground. My ass would still be in the seat.
